My name is Caroline, and I am a passionate and dedicated early childhood educator with more than 12 years of experience working with young children in bilingual English–French environments.

 

Throughout my career, I have focused on creating warm, safe, and engaging classrooms where children feel confident to explore and grow. I strongly believe that young children learn best through play, guided discovery, and positive encouragement. I have worked closely alongside lead teachers to plan and implement age-appropriate activities, support language development, and guide children’s social and emotional learning through daily routines and meaningful interactions.

 

I see early education as the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. My goal is for every child to feel valued, secure, and excited to come to school each day, while developing the confidence and skills that will support them for years to come.
